Not because you missed the briefing or weren’t clever enough — because it was never issued. Everyone you have ever admired was working it out as they went.

This site is what one family doctor learned about that: over forty years of practice, a career rebuilt from nothing in a new country, and something close to a third of a million conversations with people trying to work out what to do next.

It’s a way of thinking, and a set of tools built from it that you can use today.

None of it is proven. It is theoretical work — Mind Fiction, the way science fiction was before parts of it became science fact. Science fiction was not wrong; it was structure proposed ahead of verification, taken seriously on its own terms, and in some cases later found to describe something real. That is where this stands.

It is written as though it holds, because a structure has to be coherent before it can be tested — not because coherence is evidence.

You cannot change how you construct meaning. But you can change the meaning that you construct.
