1 - ARTICULATION
Most of us are driving through life in thick fog. We know something is wrong, but all we can say is, "I feel bad." That’s not weakness—it’s lack of articulation. In this episode we walk through a concrete, three-level process for turning emotional fog into a line in the road you can actually follow.

We begin by distinguishing articulation from venting—why simply “letting it out” can feel good but leaves the inner structure unchanged. From there, we move through:
Emotional Articulation, Structural Articulation and Directional Articulation.

Articulation doesn’t make the fog disappear. It doesn’t hand you a plan. But it gives you a line in the road your hands can hold onto—and that’s enough to move.

2 - ANCHORS
What you grab when the ground shakes. An exploration of anchors as the handrails you grab when the ground of your life tilts, and how four kinds of anchors—structural, behavioural, emotional, and identity—keep you from being swept away in crisis.

Through explanation and the story of Maria losing her job, this episode shows what anchors actually do: not move you forward, but keep you together long enough to find your balance again.

3 - RULES
Rules are not about being stricter with yourself. They’re the promises you don’t break when you’re tired, pressured, or pulled in ten different directions.

I introduces a three-layer framework for personal rules drawn from the "house" model of the mind: boundary rules that decide what you don’t let in, behavioural rules that keep your life moving in the right direction, and identity rules that protect who you are when it matters most.
